What is this payment link for?
This link allows you to securely hold funds for your purchase through Cargoose’s Collect on Delivery service. You will not be charged immediately — the money is only held and will be released to the seller only after successful delivery.
Will I be charged right now?
No. The amount is authorized but not charged. Funds will only be released to the seller after the item is delivered as agreed.
What happens if the delivery isn’t completed?
If the delivery fails or is canceled, the hold is automatically released, and no funds are charged from your account.
What if the product isn't as described or agreed?
You’ll have the opportunity to report any issues before funds are released. Cargoose will assist in resolving disputes, and if necessary, the hold will be canceled, preventing the seller from receiving payment.
What happens once the shipment is completed?
Once the delivery is verified, Cargoose will release the held funds to the seller. This ensures a fair and secure transaction for both parties.
